基于LAMP技术的微全分析仪在口岸传染病检测中的应用前景 被引量:4

摘要 本文总结了现有传染病检测方法在口岸应用中的不足,介绍了微全分析仪和环等温扩增技术(LAMP)在病原体检测中的应用,从样本提取、环境要求、检测时限、结果判读等方面探讨了开发基于LAMP的微全分析仪在口岸疑似传染病筛查中的应用进行了探讨,为防范外来重大传染病的入侵,进一步增强口岸检验检疫能力提供参考。 This paper summarized the disadvantages of current infectious disease detection methods at ports,and introduced the micro total analysis system and Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) technology in the application of pathogens detecting. The development and application of the portable micro total analysis system which can simultaneously detect various pathogens was discussed and explored in the following four aspects,sample extraction,environmental requirements,detection time and results interpretation.
