摘要
目的了解满洲里口岸地区蜱传、鼠传疾病病原体携带情况。方法 2016年在中国-俄罗斯边境满洲里口岸地区采集蜱和鼠,采用PCR和RT-PCR法检测莱姆病螺旋体(Borrelia burgdorferi)、嗜吞噬细胞无形体(Anaplasma phagocytophilum)、巴贝西原虫(Babesia spp.))、斑点热群立克次体(spotted fever group Rickettsiae,SFGR)、汉坦病毒(Hantaan virus)和鼠疫耶尔森菌(Yersinia pestis)。结果共采集到132只蜱,斑点热群立克次体检出率为37.88%(50/132),嗜吞噬细胞无形体检出率为0.76%(1/132),莱姆病螺旋体检出率为25%(33/132),中华革蜱中同时检测到斑点热群立克次体和莱姆病螺旋体,存在复合感染的情况,未检出巴贝西原虫和汉坦病毒。17只鼠中,斑点热群立克次体检出率为41.18%(7/17),莱姆病螺旋体检出率为5.88%(1/17),未检出鼠疫耶尔森菌、嗜吞噬细胞无形体、汉坦病毒和巴贝西原虫。结论满洲里口岸地区蜱、鼠样本中检出多种病原体,应有针对性地加强当地蜱、鼠及其传播疾病的监测和防控。
Objective To study the presence of tick-borne and rat-borne pathogens in Manzhouli port areas. Methods PCR and RT-PCR were proceeded to detect the pathogens such as Borrelia burgdooCeH,Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Babesia spp.,spotted fever group Rickettsiae (SFGR),Hantaan virus and Yersinia pestis from DNA and RNA extracted from ticks and rats samples,collected in the borders between China and Russia. Results From the total of 132 adult ticks deteeted,SFGR was detected in 50 ticks (37.88%,50/132),Anaplasma phagocytophilum was detected in 1 tick (0.76%, 1/132),Borrelia burgdorferi was detected in 33 ticks. SFGR and Borrelia burgdorferi were detected in Der- macentor sinicus,and there was a complex infection. Hantaan virus and Babesia did not detected positive in ticks. From the total of 17 rats,SFGR was detected in 7 rats(41.18%,7/17),Borrelia burgdooCeri was detected positive in 1 rat (5.88%,1/17),Yersinia pestis,Anaplasrna phagocytophilurn,Babesia spp. and Hantaan virus did not detected in rats. Conclusion Several pathogens had been detected in ticks and rats collected at Manzhouli areas. It is neces- sary to strengthen the surveillance of tick-borne and rat-borne diseases in this areas.
