摘要 目的利用人工智能技术构建全球传染病疫情信息自动收集系统。方法采用主题爬虫、自动化信息抽提、自动翻译、自然语言处理等技术实现目标网页和目标信息的自动获取,通过机器深度学习和数据挖掘等技术制作日报,并持续改进;搭建网站作为数据交互载体,方便用户使用。结果租用境内外服务器,构建了基于网络的全球传染病疫情信息自动收集系统,每天两次自动爬取全球传染病疫情信息,自动翻译为中文,生成快报。搭建了网站,方便人机交互,将结果以网页形式展示,并能够根据用户需求自动生成疫情报告。结论传染病疫情自动收集系统覆盖面广、效率高,能自动生成疫情报告,能够满足国境口岸疫情收集的需要。 Objective To construct a automatic collection system of global epidemic information by using artificial intelligence technology. Methods The theme crawler,automatic information searching,automatic translation,natural language processing and other technologies were used to achieve the target website and information obtained automatically. Through the deep learning and data searching technology,the system produced daily report and improved continuously. A website as a data exchanger had been built to help users. Results The internal and external servers were rented and the automatic collection system of global epidemic information was constructed. The global epidemic information was automatically crawled twice a day, and translated into Chinese automatically to generate express messages. A website was set up to facilitate the exchange of human-computer interaction. Conclusion The automatic epidemic collection system covered a wide range,and with high efficiency. It could automatically search the target websites,saved manpower to meet the needs of the epidemic information for health quarantine.
