一种零电压开启的800W功率因数控制器的设计

摘要 基于UC3854芯片设计了一款零电压开启的800W PFC电路。利用LC谐振,实现了开关元件的零电压开启。减小了开关管的温升,降低了开关噪声,提高了效率,增强了PFC电路的稳定性与可靠性。PFC的功率从0到800W输出平稳,电路电流的高次谐波失真明显改善。非常适合应用于800W以下有EMC要求的各种电子电路、有源医疗器械电源等。 This article presents an 800W PFC circuit with zero initiation voltage, based on the UC3854 chip. Using LC resonance oscillation, the switch components can turn on the circuit at zero voltage. This reduces the temperature rise of the switch tube, declines the switch noise, enhances efficiency and enforces the stability and reliability of the PFC circuit. The PFC power outputs smoothly from zero to 800W and the high-order harmonics' distortion of circuit current is significantly improved. Our device is well suited for electric circuits and active medical devices that functions under 800W and with EMC requirements.
