微信公众号教育指导在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用

Application of Educational Guidance on Bowel Preparation by Using WeChat Official Account for Colonoscopy

目的探讨手机微信公众号网络平台教育指导对结肠镜检查患者肠道准备情况。方法建立微信公众号网络教育平台。前瞻性纳入2017-01/2017-06月作者医院门诊拟行结肠镜检查患者100例,随机数字表法分为网络组和对照组2组,各50例。网络组和对照组在口头宣教的基础上,后续分别通过微信公众号网络平台和书面材料来进一步接受指导。采用渥太华肠道准备评分量表(Ottawa bowel preparation scale,OBPS)评价肠道准备效果,对比2组患者OBPS评分、肠道准备成功率和充分率。通过问卷调查2组患者对肠道准备知识知晓情况以及对肠道准备方案执行情况。结果与对照组比较,网络组OBPS评分显著下降,肠道准备成功率和充分率显著提高,对饮食调整和缓泻剂服用相关知识知晓分数显著提高,对饮食调整和缓泻剂服用方法的遵从和执行程度显著改善,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用手机微信公众号网络平台开展教育指导,可以提高结肠镜检查患者肠道准备相关知识知晓水平和遵嘱执行程度,进而改善肠道准备效果。

Objective To investigate the eftects ot educational guidance on bowel preparation by using Wel2hat otfi- cial account network platform of mobile phone for colonoscopy patients. Methods The network education platform of a WeChat official account was built. One hundred colonoscopy outpatients were enrolled a prospective study in authors hos- pital from January 2017 to June 2017, and divided into network group and control group by random number table, 50 in each. On the basis of oral education, two groups received the guidance from WeChat public network platform or written material, respectively. The effects of bowel preparation were evaluated by the Ottawa bowel preparation scale （OBPS）. The OBPS scores, success rates and reserve ratios were compared between the two groups. The knowledge and compli- ance on bowel preparation were assessed by using questionnaires. Results Compared with the control group, the OBPS scores were significantly decreased in the network group, but the success rate and reserve ratio of bowel preparation in- creased significantly, the compliance and execution of adjusting diet and taking laxatives were significantly improved （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using of WeChat public network platform on the mobile phone to carry out educational guidance can improve the knowledge and compliance on bowel preparation in colonoscopy patients, and thus enhance the preparation effects.
