摘要
对炭黑和白炭黑填充橡胶断面进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)成像分析。橡胶试样脆断时在断口上形成镜面区、雾状区和粗糙区3个特征区域,镜面区较平坦光滑,雾状区和粗糙区凹凸不平。利用镜面区对橡胶试样断面进行SEM成像,图像清晰,可以很好表征橡胶内部微观结构。
The fracture section of carbon black and silica filled rubber compound was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) imaging. The brittle fracture of a rubber sample formed three types of areas,specifically,smooth area,matte area and rough area,on the fracture section. The SEM imaging on the smooth area gave clear images which were good representation of the internal microstructure of rubber material.
