摘要
文章对丝网除沫器和叶片式分离器这两种主流分离元件的设计、性能和应用进行了介绍、分析和总结。对比丝网除沫器,重点介绍了叶片式气液分离器的分离原理,讨论了其设计特点、性能和应用特性。提出从不同的介质进料方向区分不同的型式,以保证工艺性能。
This paper introduces,analyzes and summarizes the design,property and application of the two mainstream separator units covering mesh demister and vane type gas-liquid separator.Through comparison,the paper focuses on introducing the separation mechanism of the vane type gas-liquid separator,discussing its design feature,property and application and distinguishing the different types from the different medium inlet directions in order to guarantee the process performance.
