山西阳煤丰喜泉稷能源有限公司合成氨生产能力1000t/d,采用河北阳煤正元化工集团有限公司氨合成工艺包和JR2600型轴径向大型氨合成塔,氨合成塔内件、高压氨分离器及主要换热器内件由石家庄正元塔器设备有限公司制造。JR2600氨合成装置采用双废锅,双水冷,双冷交工艺流程,节能效果显著,开车以来运行效果良好。本文简要介绍该装置工艺技术及氨合成塔内件的结构特点、催化剂升温还原、生产运行情况。

The capacity of synthetic ammonia plant is 1000 t/d in Shanxi Yangmei Fengxi Quanji Energy Company. The process package and JR2600 axial radial large-scale synthetic tower of this plant are designed by Hebei Yangmei Zhengyuan Chemical（Group）Company. Internals of ammonia synthesis tower, high-pressure ammonia separator and main heat exchangers are manufactured by Shijiazhuang Zhengyuan Tower Equipment Company. JR2600 ammonia synthesis plant adopts double waste heat boilers, double water coolers and double cold exchangers. Energy-saving effect of this plant is remarkable. Running performance is good since start-up. The paper briefly introduces the process technology of the plant, structural features of the ammonia synthesis tower internals, catalyst heating reduction, production and operation performance.
