摘要
本文讲述了山西兰花田悦化肥分公司对卡萨利合成塔内件进行拆装、只更换合成塔一床预还原态催化剂,二、三床催化剂保持原状不变、在保持二三床催化剂不受损害的前提下,对一床预还原态催化剂进行升温还原的全过程,以及在整个合成催化剂更换、升温、还原过程中可能遇到的各种问题的解决方法,并介绍了一床预还原催化剂更换后的运行效果。
This article describes the process of disassembling and assembling of Casale synthesis tower internals, replacing first bed pre-reduction catalyst with second and third bed catalyst unchanged, heating reduction of first bed pre-reduction catalyst in keeping second and third bed catalyst from damage in Shanxi Lanhua Tianyue Fertilizer Branch. Solutions of various problems may encounter during the entire synthesis catalyst replacement, heating, reduction process are described. Operating results are also introduced after replacement of first bed pre-reduction catalyst.
