摘要
转化炉是合成氨、甲醇、制氢等石油化工装置中最重要的设备之一,庞大的转化炉管系使得转化炉的力学稳定性成为一个突出的问题。通过对某项目制氢装置中采用的竖琴式转化炉管系进行应力分析,得出一些规律性结论,为该类炉型的详细工程设计起到一定的指导作用。
Converter is one of the most important equipment used in synthetic ammonia, methanol or hydrogen production plants. Large amount of tubes brings a prominent problem of mechanical stability of converter. By stress analysis for harp type convertor tubes in a hydrogen production plant, some principle conclusions were drawn up, which will guide the engineering design somehow for similar converter.
