摘要
合成氨装置氨气压缩机的轴端密封原为浮环油膜密封,由于浮环密封的特性,导致后系统工艺气经常带油,严重影响装置的长周期、稳定运行。将轴端密封改为干气密封后,系统运行稳定,操作方便,消除了浮环密封存在的隐患,保证了装置连续稳定运行。
Ammonia compressor shaft end seal previously was floating ring oil film seal, which often leads to oil entrainment in downstream process gas because of its intrinsic characteristics, and brings impacts on long term and stable operation of the plant. When changed to dry gas seal, troubles brought up by float ring seal was eliminated.
