摘要
分析往复立式无油真空泵撞缸的故障原因,认为造成撞缸故障的直接原因为活塞杆锁紧背帽发生松脱,针对锁紧背帽松脱制定相应解决措施,保障设备的安全平稳运行。
Causes of cylinder hitting fault of vertical reciprocating oil-free vacuum pump was studied. It＇s found that the direct reason was the loose of locking nut of piston rod. Corresponding measures were presented.
