社会资本对农户参与流域生态治理行为的影响:以黑河流域为例

The Influence of Social Capital on Farmers' Participation in Watershed Ecological Management Behavior: Evidence from Heihe Basin

本文以黑河流域为例,基于微观调查数据,利用双栏模型分析了社会资本对农户参与流域生态治理行为的影响。研究表明,黑河流域农户流域生态治理的支付意愿水平为187.48~226.15元/年;社会网络和社会参与对农户流域生态治理参与意愿有显著的促进作用,强连接网络对农户流域生态治理参与程度也有显著的促进作用;一般信任中对陌生人的信任程度能够显著促进农户流域生态治理参与意愿和参与程度,对村干部的信任程度显著抑制农户流域生态治理参与程度,特殊信任对农户流域生态治理参与意愿也有显著的抑制作用;同时,户主受教育程度对农户流域生态治理参与意愿和参与程度均具有显著的正向影响;与女性相比,户主为男性的农户具有较强的流域生态治理参与意愿。

This article uses a double hurdle model to analyze the influence of social capital on farmers＇ participation in watershed ecological management behavior in Heihe Basin in Gansu province. The results show that farmers＇ willingness to pay for watershed ecological management in Heihe basin was between 187.48 and 226.15 Yuan per year. Social network and social participation had significant positive influence on farmers＇ willingness to participate in watershed ecological management. Strong connection network had significant positive influence on farmers＇ participation level. Moreover, general trust had significant positive influence on both farmers＇ willingness to participate and participation level. Special trust had significant negative influence on farmers＇ willingness to participate in watershed ecological management. Furthermore, the level of farmers＇ educational achievement correlated positively with farmer＇s willingness to participate in ecological management. Finally, gender should be taken into consideration as male farmers＇ showed more intention of participating in ecological management than female ones.
