摘要
对酒钢7号高炉(2500 m^3)炉役后期合理的操作制度,如热制度、造渣制度、送风制度和装料制度进行了探讨。认为,合理的操作制度可有效延缓高炉劣化趋势:①[Si]0.65%~0.70%,日平均铁水温度>1495℃;②炉渣二元碱度1.06~1.08,(Al_2O_3)<12.5%,镁铝比0.60~0.90;③正常情况下鼓风动能>110 kJ/s,入炉品位51.0%~52.0%时,风口进风面积0.3280~0.3400m^2;④炉腰焦层厚度达到175 mm以上,批重52~57.5t,布料边沿角度(?)38°。
Reasonable operation system at its post campaign of Jinquan Steel's No. 7 BF (2500m3 ) is studied, such as thermal system, slagging system, blasting system and charging sequence. It is considered that reasonable operation system can effectively postpone BF deterioration, such as ( 1 ) [ Si ] 0. 65 % -0.70%, average daily HM temperature 〉 1495℃ ; (2) binary alkalinity of slag 1.06 - 1.08, ( Al2O3 ) 〈 12.5% , and rate of magnesium and aluminum 0.60 -0. 90 ; (3) blasting kinetic energy under normal condition 〉 110 k J/s, inlet blast area at tuyere 0.3260 - 0.334 m2 when burden grade 51.0% - 52.0% ; (4) coke layer thickness up to 175 mm, batch weight of burden 52 - 57.5 t, and peripheral distribution angle≮ 38℃.
