摘要
总结在YG172A型毛羽测试仪上测试转杯纺纱的体会。选用不同细度的转杯纺纱,在YG172A型毛羽测试仪上进行一系列对比试验,重点分析了退绕方向、测试速度、预加张力及实验室温湿度对测试结果的影响。结果表明:退绕方向、温湿度平衡时间、测试速度和预加张力均会影响测试结果的准确性,其中退绕方向和温湿度平衡时间影响较大。认为:使用YG172A型毛羽测试仪时,必须严格遵守正向退绕,依据标准规范进行测试,以保证测试数据的准确性。
Experience of testing rotor spun yarn on YG172A hairiness tester was summarized. Rotor spun yarn with different fineness were adopted and tested on YG172A type hairiness tester. The influence of unwinding direction,test speed, pre-tension and laboratory temperature & humidity on the test results was analyzed specially. The results show that the accuracy of test result is affected by unwinding direction, balance time of temperature & humidity, test speed,pre-tension. Unwinding direction, balance time of temperature & humidity have the longer impact. It is considered that using YG172A hairiness tester should strictly observe the positive unwinding and test according to relevant standards and specifications. Then the accuracy of the test data can be ensured.
