Discussion of Carding Force On-line Testing Technology of Carding Machine

探讨梳棉机梳理力在线测试技术。设计制造了梳棉机梳理力在线测试装置;在线检测了盖板与锡林梳理区的梳理力;通过工艺试验和数据对比,分析了几个因素对梳理力的影响规律。通过检测获得的梳理力信号,经计算转换,可用于控制给棉罗拉给棉量,从而保证盖板与锡林梳理区连续均匀的纤维层,使纤维分梳时受力均匀。认为:该装置能够有效地在线检测梳棉机的梳理力,有助于实现均匀梳理新阶段。

Carding force on-line testing technology of carding machine was discussed. Carding force on-line testing device of carding machine was designed and produced. Carding force of flat and cylinder carding area was tested on line. Compared with technology test and data, influence rule of several factors on carding force was ana- lyzed. Signal of carding force was tested and obtained. After calculating and transforming, it was used to control feed roller and feed quantity. Uniform and continuous fiber of flat and cylinder carding area was ensured. And fiber was uniformly forced in carding. It is considered that the device can detect the carding force of carding machine on line and realize the uniform carding.
