Research Status and Development Trend of Chopper Device for Sugarcane Harvester

论述并总结了国内外切段式甘蔗收获机切段装置的研究现状,阐明了切段装置的工作原理及各结构参数和工作参数对切段效果的影响机理,并从优化清选、提高切段质量、降低糖分损失和减少部件功耗等方面对国内甘蔗收获机切段装置的研究提出了建议。

Domestic and overseas research status of chopper device for chopper type sugarcane harvester was detailedly described and summarized. Operational principle of chopper device for sugarcane harvester and influence mechanism of structure parameters and working parameters on cutting effect were expounded. And suggestions on research of chopper device for sugarcane harvester were put forward from points of cleaning optimization,cutting quality enhancement,sugar loss decrease and power dissipation of components decrease.
