摘要
接触强度和弯曲强度直接影响着斜线齿面齿轮副的使用寿命,是其设计的重要指标。以斜线齿面齿轮副为基础,研究准共轭齿廓的展成原理,建立面齿轮齿面的精确数学模型,并进行齿宽设计;采用逆向建模软件CATIA建立高精度实体模型,利用ABAQUS对齿轮副进行有限元分析,提取出倾角为0°和倾角为5°时两组不同的斜线齿面齿轮副的接触应力曲线和弯曲应力曲线,进行比较得出了弯曲应力和接触应力的产生位置和变化情况,为斜线齿面齿轮的可靠性提供了参考。
Contact strength and bending strength have a direct impact on the life of the helix face gear pairs, which are important indicators of its design. Basing on helix face gear pair, studied the generating principle of quasi-conjugated tooth surface, established accurate mathematical model of face gear tooth surfaces, and designed tooth width. Established high-precision solid model by reverse modeling software CATIA.Using ABAQUS to finite element analysis of gear pairs, extracted on 0 degrees and 5 degrees two different sets of helix face gear contact stress curves and bending stress curves, and compared them, obtained the generating position and changes of the bending and the contact stress, provided a reference for the reliability of helix face gear.
