摘要
实现硬币高效率分类、精准计数及整理包装是解决硬币回笼的有效方法之一,因此研究设计了一套集硬币分类、整理、包装功能的机电一体化装置。装置由分类、整理、包装三大模块组成,其中,分类部分采用双挡片内侧开双口离心盘使得硬币的单个有序排列,齿状卡盘和开孔锥盘实现硬币分类、鉴伪、剔伪功能;整理部分采用螺旋式轨道双层布置的方案,方便计数和整理;包装部分主要由搓纸机构、包卷勾边机构、回转夹紧机构等构成。此外,还设计安装了硬币鉴伪、剔伪和计数机制,并且利用CAD和CATIA对装置进行建模和仿真分析,对尺寸和角度进行修正和优化,提出了一种面向银行、公交、超市等系统的多功能硬币处理机。
A highly efficient coin sorting, counting and packaging system could work very well in dealing with coins withdrawn from circulation. Therefore, this study elaborates on a proposed mechatronics device that ineorporates a highly efficient coin sorting, counting and packaging system, The device has three modules--sorting module, counting module and packaging module. Tbe sorting module features a double-wall centrifugal disc, which has two openings in the inner wall, to put coins in order, as well as a toothed chuck and a slotted cone that can sort out coins and eliminate counterfeit ones; the counting module has a double-layer spiral track; the packaging module is composed of coin bundling, paper picking, and wrapping. Besed on CAD and CATIA, we work out a device model and conduct a stimulation arnalysis and then propose a multi-function coin-processing device for banking sytems, public transit systems, supermarkets, etc.
