正逆向设计在电动汽车外观曲面造型中的应用研究 被引量:20

摘要 在产品的设计过程中,正向设计和逆向设计的方法在建模领域各有其特点。面对已有模型复杂的轮廓曲线及外形曲面,为了提高建模效率,根据正逆向设计的特点,吸取了正向设计和逆向设计的双重优势,提出了基于Artec Studio、Geomagic Studio和CATIA软件相结合的正逆向混合设计建模方法。此方法探索了零件的建模新途径,极大地提高模型数据的处理精度和准确性,减小了与实际物体的尺寸误差,保证了模型的精确度,为正向设计提供了前提基础。对扩展到其他工程领域具有现实意义。 In the process of product design, top-down design and reverse design method own its characteristics in the field of modeling. Facing the existing model of complex contour curve and curved surface shape, in order to improve the efficiency of modeling, according to their respective characteristics, learning double advantages of the forward and reverse design, it proposes the reverse of the hybrid modeling method based on Artec Studio, Geomagic Studio and CATIA software. This method opens a new way of parts modeling, greatly improving the processing precision of the model data and the accuracy, reducing the actual size error of the object, guarantee the accuracy of the model. It provides basis for top--down design,which has realistic meaning to the extended to other engineering fields.
