摘要 以提高并联机构多目标优化设计结果的可靠性为目的。首先构建3-PRRS并联机构多目标优化设计模型,基于Isight集成Matlab软件,利用试验设计和多目标优化算法进行多目标确定性优化设计。然后分析3-PRRS并联机构在设计制造中所涉及到的随机不确定性因素,基于Isight进行6Sigma可靠性分析以及考虑随机不确定性因素的6Sigma优化,建立一种高效的考虑不确定性的3-PRRS并联机构多目标可靠性优化方法。研究结果表明,考虑不确定因素的多目标优化设计方法得到的最佳设计解可靠度更高,更加符合设计要求。 With the purpose of improving the reliability of the results of muhi-objective optimization.Firstly,a multi-objective optimization model was bulided based on the integration of Matlab by Isight, the multi-objective optimization considering certainty factors was carried out by Design of Experiments and Multi-objects Optimization Algorithms. Then, the random uncertainty factors during design and manufacture of 3-PRRS 6-DOF parallel mechanism was analyzed, 6Sigma reliability analysis and 6Sigma optimization considering uncertainty were carried out based on Isight.thus, efficient measures about Multi-objective Optimization Design of Reliability of 3-PRRS Parallel Mechanism Considering the Uncertainty were formed.
