摘要
为实现加工番茄的分批次采摘,确保已成熟番茄果实的及时收获,设计了一种刮刷式加工番茄分批次采摘装置,选择加工番茄屯河8号进行果实采摘性能的单因素试验。用SAS软件对试验数据进行统计分析,结果表明:随着采摘板转速增大,果柄分离率先升高后降低,青果率和果实破损率则是逐渐增大;随着装置行进速度增大,果柄分离率逐渐降低,青果率和破损率则是逐渐增大;当采摘板转速为24r·min^(-1),装置行进速度为2.20km·h^(-1)时,采摘效果最好。该装置的设计为研制新型刮刷式加工番茄分批次收获机械提供参考。
In order to realize the harvest of processing tomato by picking in batches and insure harvest of the ripe tomatoes in time , design a kind of processing tomato wiper batches picking device and select processing tomato Tunhe 8 sample material for fruit picking performance by the single factor experiment. Test results were statistically analyzed by SAS software. The analysis report show that: with the picking plate speed increasing, fruit stalk separation rate increasing first and then decreasing, greening rate and fruit damage rate are always increasing; with the device walking speed increasing, fruit stalk separation rate decreasing gradually,greening rate and fruit damage rate are always increasing; when picking plate speed is 24r·min^-1 and device walking speed is 2.20km ·h^-1, harvest indicators achieve to the best. The device is designed to provide a reference for the development of a new batch of tomato harvesting.
