摘要
通过铸渗工艺对高锰钢辙叉心轨进行表面强化,并对心轨表面形成的4~5 mm铸渗层进行了组织与性能分析。检测结果显示,铸渗层和基体均具有较高的综合力学性能,表明铸渗工艺有助于高锰钢辙叉心轨表面和辙叉基体的强化。
By using casting-penetration process, the high manganese steel frog centre surface was strengthened. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the casting-penetration layer under the frog surface 4-5 mm were investigated. The test results show that both the casting-penetration layer and the matrix have better comprehensive mechanical properties. The casting-penetration process is helpful to strengthen the frog surface and frog matrix of high manganese steel.
