摘要 通过正交试验,对CO_2硬化碱性酚醛树脂基本合成工艺进行了优化。在树脂缩聚反应阶段,同时加入碱和改性剂醇,在醇和碱的共同催化作用下降低树脂的粘度。加入醚类改性剂,提高树脂的硬化速度和粘结强度。当树脂加入量为2.0%,吹CO2气体30 s时,型砂即时抗压强度1.1 MPa,终强度3.0 MPa,较好地满足了生产需求。 The optimization of CO2-cured alkaline phenolic resin synthesis process was carried out by orthogonal experiments. In the polycondensation stage, the alkali and modifier alcohol were added at the same time, and the viscosity of the resin was reduced under the co-catalysis of alcohol and alkali. The curing speed and bond strength of the resin were improved by adding ether modifier. With 2.0% addition of resin and 30 s CO2-blowing, the immediate compressive strength is 1.1 MPa and the 24 h compressive strength is 3.0 MPa, which effectively meet the production need.
