摘要
分析了MK554前箱结构,铸造工艺设计借鉴了缸体铸造设计思路,提出了两种工艺设计方案。对比分析后采用了第二种工艺方案,并对该工艺方案进行了完善。完善后的工艺解决了常规工艺设计产生的飞翅多、清理困难、加工黑皮、装配干涉等质量隐患,提高了产品表面质量。
The product structure was analyzed in the casting process design of MK554 front box, and cylinder block casting design ideas were used for reference. Two process design methods were proposed. After analysis, the second method was adopted and perfected. The improved process solved the quality problems in conventional process design, such as more joint flash, difficult cleaning, casting skin and assembly interference, and the surface quality of products was improved.
