纳布啡的药理及其临床应用进展

Progress in pharmacology and clinical application of nalbuphine

纳布啡是集阿片受体激动/拮抗效应为一身的新型阿片类药物,在临床主要适用于术后镇痛及外伤疼痛等各类疼痛治疗。因其可拮抗μ受体激动所引起的呼吸抑制、恶心、呕吐、瘙痒等不良反应,且在相关的药理作用上有"封顶效应",使其成为阿片类药物镇痛的替代治疗。由于纳布啡在国内上市较晚,此文主要根据国外相关文献报道对其临床应用进行总结,并对其今后在我国临床的推广应用与展望一并作以综合阐述。

Nalbuphine, a mixed agonist-antagonist opioid, is mainly used in the treatment of various types of pain such as postoperative analgesia and traumatic pain. Because of it has the potential to attenuate the adverse reactions such as respiratory depression, nausea, vomiting and pruritus caused by μ-opioid receptor antagonists, and has a ＂ceiling effect＂ in the related pharmacological actions, making it an alternative therapy for opioid analgesia. Due to nalbuphine listed later in China, this paper mainly summarized its clinical application according to the relevant literatures in foreign countries, and post its future application and prospect in clinical practice in China.
