摘要
城乡居民养老保险制度运行中面临诸多风险,影响其可持续运行。文章仅对财政支持城乡居民养老保险制度面临的风险进行分析和探讨,以期为财政支持城乡居民养老保险制度提供有关风险管理方面的理论参考。文章认为,财政支持城乡居民养老保险制度面临的风险包括显性风险和隐性风险两大类,并针对这些风险提出了一些政策建议。
The implementation of endowment insurance for urban and rural residents is associated with various risks, impacting its sustainability. To provide theoretical reference to risk management, this article classifies the risks of the financial support for en- dowment insurance for urban and rural residents as explicit and implicit risks, and provides suggestions based on analysis.
