摘要
创新和人力资本是企业在经济全球化背景下面对日趋激烈的竞争环境不可或缺的两个因素,是一国经济稳定发展的重要保障。文章在提出创新与人力资本互动机制存在性假设的前提下,构建了OLG模型。研究结果表明:人力资本积累和企业创新水平存在策略性互补效应,一方面,劳动力是企业创新活动的主体,其人力资本积累如果能达到既定水平,就能促进企业创新能力的提高;另一方面,具备创新成果的企业,也可以在一定程度上改变劳动力对人力资本的投资策略,激励劳动力对其自身进行人力资本积累。运用VAR模型,采用格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应和方差分解方法进行实证检验,证明企业创新与人力资本积累存在互为因果关系,当企业创新能力与人力资本积累水平都不断上升时,对相互之间的正向冲击十分明显,并且任意一方对另一方冲击产生的结果具备较强的解释力。
Innovation and human capital are two indispensable factors for enterprises in the face of an increasingly competitive en- vironment against the backdrop of economic globalization. They are an important guarantee for the stable development of a country's economy. Based on the hypothesis of the existence of the interaction mechanism between innovation and human capital, this paper constructs the OLG model. The results show that there is a strategic complementary effect of human capital accumula- tion and enterprise innovation. On the one hand, the labor force makes enterprise innovations. If the accumulation of human cap- ital can reach the given level, the innovativeness of the enterprise can be promoted. On the other hand, enterprises with innova- tive achievements can also change the labor force's investment strategy of human capital, motivating the workforce to accumulate its own human capital. An empirical test is made based on the VAR model, the Granger causality test, and the impulse response and variance decomposition method to prove that there exists a cause and effect relationship between business innovation and hu- man capital accumulation. When the levels of both innovation and human capital accumulation rise, the positive impact on each other is obvious, and either party has strong ability to explain the result of the other party's impact.
