大数据条件下的吸毒行为研究——以贵州省为例

A Study on Drug-taking Behavior Based on Big Data——Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

吸毒问题是困扰当今世界各国社会治理的突出问题。近年来,我国吸毒人员数量大约以10%的速度增长,给经济社会发展带来许多问题,因毒致贫、因毒致乱等问题越来越引起社会的关注与国家的重视。调研发现,治理毒品问题必须打防并举、标本兼治。其核心是萎缩毒品消费市场和减少毒品消费群体,其关键是源头治理,重点是解决需求侧的问题。我国应充分运用大数据,着重从创新毒品宣传教育、社会治理方式、打击毒品犯罪等方面对毒品进行深度治理。

Drug- taking is a prominent problem troubling social management among countries in the world. Recent years have witnessed an increase of drug - takers at a rate of 10%, presenting many problems for socio -economic development. The whole country is focusing on such problems as poverty due to drug use and mess caused by drugs. An investigation indicates that we shall take measures of striking and prevention, treating both symptoms and root causes in order to combat drugs. The focus is to shrink drug consumer market and reduce drug use groups and the key is to treat is at its source. We should attach great importance to the problem of demand side. We shall take full advantage of big data to combat drug use by focusing on innovating drug publicity, social management model and combating drug crimes.
