创新:苏北“发展”的核心要素——对“一带一路”战略下欠发达地区发展的思考

On Core Elements of Northern Jiangsu Development---Reflection on Development of Underdeveloped Areas in the Strategy of “One Belt One Road”

苏北大发展战略已经实施30多年了,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但苏北经济近年来的快速增长仍然存在很大的空间,其主要原因是缺少创新要素。在"一带一路"国家战略下苏北必须创新机制、创新产业、扬长避短。

The Northern Jiangsu development strategy has been implemented for over 30 years in which a great achievement has been made but there has been a large space for further development. The paper argues that the great progress in development in northern Jiangsu in the national strategy of ＂one belt one road＂ is to resort to innovating mechanisms and innovating industries.
