高职校企合作德育“四双型”模式的新思路 被引量:1

摘要 校企合作的研究大多是强调企业对学校的作用,反而忽视了学校对企业的反作用和校企间的互相影响。要实现校企合作中的"合作"必须强调两者之间的平等互作用,而不是单方向的作用。因此有必要改变旧思路,要树立"双师型"、"双生型"、"双校型"、"双主体型"的"四双型"新思路。 The paper states that most studies on school-enterprise cooperation put emphasis on the role of enterprises to universities but neglected the retroaction of universities to enterprises and the interaction between universities and enterprises. The author of the paper contends that universities and enterprises are equal in their cooperation and therefore, universities have to change their role in practical teaching and form "four-double-type" model, namely, "double qualification teachers" , "double qualification students" , "double qualification universities" and "double main types".
