在新形势下,如何以新理念、新思想、新举措、新对策对新疆高职院校艺术类专业大学生进行全新的教育与管理,是一个全新而又重要的课题。文章从问题的提出、原因分析、多种因素、存在主要问题、主要对策三大理论层面对高职院校艺术类专业大[]学生的教育与管理这一重要命题进行了研究与论述,力求对高职院校艺术类大学生的教育与管理提出意见。

It is a new and important project in the new era to make a study on the management and service to students of ethnic groups of art specialty in vocational colleges in Xinjiang using new concepts, new ideas, new measures and new methods. The paper investigates the education and management on the freshmen of art specialty in vocational colleges by analyzing the problems and causes, and proposes some measures.
