摘要
英语教师教育不仅涉及教师专业知识结构和专业能力的提升,更应该探究教师获取知识和能力的有效途径。大学英语教师专业学习共同体能较好地从情感和知识技能两个层面促进大学英语教师的专业发展和科研成长。以专业共同体形式的学习组织打破了大学英语教师教学研究的孤立形式,实现了同伴合作、抱团取暖的群体发展模式,通过交流、合作和分享的方式推动教师专业发展,助力教学改革。
The paper argues that the training on college English teachers will have to put emphasis not only on the teachers' promotion of professional ability and the perfection of professional knowledge structure, but also on the effective way to their professional knowledge acquirement and their professional ability development. The professional learning community of college English teachers will be able to promote the teachers' professional development and scientific research ability form the aspects of sensibility and technical skills. The professional learning Community breaks the teacher' s isolated teaching and research by his own and realizes the cooperation in groups and development together which will push forward the teachers' professional development and teaching innovation by communication, cooperation and sharing.
