Study on Pipe Jacking Construction Technology of Buried Pipeline under Urban Road

依托孝感市乾坤大道的排水管道施工为工程背景,在综述多种顶进方法的技术特点与工艺的基础上,选择了泥水平衡式顶管工艺。对顶管施工工艺流程进行了概括总结,针对其关键问题如顶管洞口加固、管道接口方式、泥浆触变系统、管道顶进与纠偏等进行了详细论述和总结。总结的相关技术与经验可以为类似工程施工提供参考。

Relying on the drainage pipeline construction of Qiankun Avenue in Xiaogan City as the engineering background,and on the basis of summarizing the technical characteristics and technologies of various jacking methods,the slurry balanced pipe jacking technology is selected,and the construction technological procedures of pipe jacking are summarized.The several main issues such as the pipe-jacking entrance reinforcement,pipe connection mode,slurry thixotropic system,pipe jacking and deviation rectification are discussed and concluded in detail.The relevant techniques and experience are summarized able to provide the reference for the construction of the similar projects.
