干沟大桥塔吊电梯一体化连接运行设计研究

Study on Design of Integrated Connection Operation for Pylon Crane Elevator of Gangou Bridge

传统的塔吊电梯无论是在工业民用建筑还是市政桥梁施工中,都是将塔吊电梯分开在不同的部位使用。但设计超长三链杆塔吊附着和电梯两面四杆多铰附着,将塔吊电梯连接作为整体运行使用,还是历史首次。重点探讨了龙里生态城干沟大桥项目,分析施工塔吊电梯一体化运行的技术难点,有关经验可供相关专业人员参考。

The traditional pylon crane elevator is all separated to use at the different positions not only in the industrial civil architecture,but also in the municipal bridge construction.But it is the first time to connect the pylon crane elevator as the integral operation use by designing the overlong three-chain pole pylon crane attachment and the elevator two-side four-pole multi-hinge attachment.The article discusses the Longli Ecological City Gangou Bridge Project in detail,and analyzes the technical difficulties in the construction of the integrated operation for pylon crane elevator.The relative experience can be referred for the similar projects.
