摘要
漏失问题将严重影响固井质量,造成水泥石胶结质量差,返高不够,缩短油气井寿命。通过分析漏失类型,总结漏失井固井难点,从加强井眼准备和固井工艺技术措施两方面出发,深入分析一次上返注水泥技术、正注反挤固井和双级固井等固井措施的技术特点和应用条件,并分析了各种固井措施的现场实际应用效果。本课题的研究对提高漏失井固井质量具有指导意义,可为提高作业效率和油气田开发提供保障。
Leaking affects the well cementing quality seriously and results in poor cement paste quality and low cement top.Therefore,the life of oil and gas well will be shortened.Through analyzing leaking types and summarizing absorption well cementation difficulties,this paper analyzes in detail the technical characteristics and application conditions of such well cementation measures as once cementation technology,positive injection-reverse squeezing well cementation and two-stage cementing from two aspects including strengthening wellbore preparation and two-stage cementing technology measures.The paper also analyzes the actual application effects of various well cementation measures.The research project is of guiding significance to improve absorption well cementation quality,which provides guarantee for the improvement of work efficiency and development of oil and gas fields.
