摘要
针对井口泄压负荷优化问题,对所开发的优化方法进行安全完整性验证,并对方法中井口数量和风险可接受水平两个边界条件进行了敏感性分析,进而确定了20个井口范围内井口泄压负荷的设计原则。论证了优化方法的合理性,同时扩展了其使用范围,为边际油田井口工艺系统优化提供了积极案例。该方法已经成功应用于某实际海工项目中,实现了典型井口平台设计的降本增效。
Aiming at the optimization of pressure relief load of the wellhead,this paper conducts the SIL(Safety Integrity Level)verification of the developed optimization method.It also carries out the sensitive analysis for two boundary conditions:the quantity of wellhead and ALARP(As Low As Reasonably Practicable).In this way,the design rule for wellhead relief system is developed within 20 wellheads.The paper demonstrates the reasonableness of the optimization method and expands the application scope of it.This provides a meaningful case for optimizing the wellhead process on the marginal oilfield.This method has been applied to an overseas offshore project successfully and reduced the cost and improved the efficiency on classical wellhead platform.
