摘要
酸性水汽提装置的酸性水罐主要用来储存高浓度含硫、氨酸性水,同时采用除油技术,对酸性水中的油进行脱除。介质的特殊性决定了检维修作业风险极大。重点应用安全系统工程方法,对酸性水汽提装置的酸性水罐机械清洗作业主要风险如人员安全意识不强、中毒、缺氧、火灾爆炸、热应力、环境污染等进行充分辨识,针对辨识出的危险,剖析危害产生的根源,提出相应对策,以期实现酸性水罐清洗作业安全环保受控。
Acid water tank of acid water stripper plant is mainly used to store acid water with highly concentrated sulfur-component and ammonia and remove the oil in acid water with oil-removal technology.The particularity of the stored medium determines the high risk of the overhaul operation.This paper focuses on the application of safety system engineering method and identifies the risks of mechanical cleaning operation of sour water tank in acid water stripper plant.The main risks involve weak safety awareness of personnel,poisoning,oxygen deficit,fire and explosion,thermal stress and environmental pollution.Aiming at these identified risks,the paper analyzes the root causes of the hazards.It then puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the main risks so that the safety and environmental friendliness in the cleaning operation of sour water tank can be under control.
