摘要
对油田油气开采中硫化氢的产生原因进行了分析,介绍了硫化氢的有毒、易燃易爆等危险特性,并建立了有害物质泄漏扩散模型。以辽河油田某脱硫站的天然气脱硫装置为主要研究对象,运用南京安元软件中的有害物质泄漏扩散事故模拟系统进行分析,得出了硫化氢扩散浓度随距离变化的关系,以及脱硫装置横风向和下风向中毒危害距离以及燃爆危害距离,可为油田脱硫站点的位置选择、应急管理提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the causes of hydrogen sulfide in oil and gas exploitation at oil fields.It also introduces the dangerous and harmful characteristics of hydrogen sulfide and establishes the leakage and diffusion model of harmful substances.Taking the natural gas desulfurization device of certain desulfurization station of Liaohe Oilfield as the main research object,this paper adopts the hazardous material leakage and diffusion accident simulation system developed by Nanjing Anyuan software to make an analysis.It obtains the relationship between the concentration of hydrogen sulfide diffusion and distance changes,the poisoning hazard and explosion hazard distance of desulfurization unit crosswind and downwind.This provides a theoretical basis for the location selection and emergency management of the oil field desulfurization sites.
