动火作业中事故分析及安全控制措施 被引量:1

摘要 通过发生在某石化公司炼油厂和乙烯厂生产实际中的事故案例,分析了动火作业过程中无票证动火作业、封堵不严实、能量隔离不彻底、未检测可燃气体所造成事故的原因。通过对事故原因的逐一分析,找出造成事故的个性与共性问题,进而对这些在动火作业过程中所存在的风险因素进行有效的风险辨识和评价,并提出科学实效的管理措施,可在今后的动火作业过程中针对性地开展风险消减,从而降低动火作业过程的事故风险。 Based on the accident cases in the actual production in the subordinate refinery and ethylene plant of certain petrochemical company,this paper analyzes the reasons for the accidents in the process of hot work including hot work without a ticket for permission,loose sealing and blocking,incomplete energy isolation and lack of combustible gas detection.Through the analysis of each case,the common and specific problems resulting in accidents are found out.Then aiming at these risk factors in the process of hot work,the paper makes effective risk identification and assessment and puts forward scientific and effective management measures.Pertinent measures can be taken to reduce the risks in the process of hot work in the future,thereby reducing the risks of accidents occurring in the process of hot work.
