石油化工液体物料罐区VOCs收集技术探讨

STUDY ON VOCS COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY FOR TANK FARMS STORING LIQUID STOCKS IN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY

随着国家对环境保护的重视,环保标准制定越来越严格,对石油化工企业污染物的排放提出了新的要求。石油化工企业液体物料罐区排放的挥发性有机化合物需回收治理,选择符合现行的国家和地方标准,安全、成熟、可靠、节能、经济、操作简便的收集技术至关重要。将目前常用的VOCs收集方式进行比较,推荐了压控阀的VOCs收集方式。

As our country has been attaching great importance to environmental protection,environmental protection standards are formulated more and more stringent,which has posed higher requirements on emissions of pollutants in petrochemical enterprises.Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted from tank farms storing liquid stocks in petrochemical enterprises need to be recycled.So,it is of the utmost importance to select the collection technologies meeting the existing national and local standards and technologies which are safe,mature,reliable,energy efficient,economical and easy to operate.Compares the commonly used VOCs collection methods and recommends VOCs collection method with pressure control valves.
