摘要
结合当前国内外尾矿处置现状,分析金山店铁矿的尾矿特性,阐述了金山店铁矿尾矿处置从尾矿库堆存传统技术到尾矿固化干堆新技术的升级,重点研究尾矿固化干堆技术中的高浓度浓缩、固化胶结、放矿方式等重要环节,总结了尾矿固化干堆技术发展的重要意义,同时也指出了尾矿固化干堆技术面临的问题。
Combing the current tailings disposal status at home and abroad, the tailings characteristics of Jinshan- dian were analyzed and the conventional tailings pond storage technology was upgraded to the new tailings solidi- fication and dry deposition technology. The high - density thickening, solidification and cementation and dis- charging method were the focus of the study. The important meanings of tailings solidification and dry deposition technology were summarized and the confronting problems were raised.
