摘要
在4G网络大规模建设中,单管塔以其特有优势被大规模建设和应用。单管塔塔脚法兰对其受力有至关重要的作用,但是目前相关的规范对法兰焊缝计算方法的介绍并不够完善,且和现有加工工艺不相符。笔者对塔脚法兰焊缝计算进行梳理,并对法兰环向焊缝设计提出改进方法,使塔脚法兰的设计和实际工艺更吻合,同时提出了相应的设计建议。
In the large-scale construction of 4G its unique advantages. The monopole tower foot network, monopole tower has been widely built and applied for flange plays an important role in its resistance, but the related specifications do not completely describe the calculation method of flange weld joint and it is not consistent with the existing welding process. In this paper, the calculation method for the flange weld joint on the tower foot is introduced, and the improved design method for the flange ring weld joint is proposed, which makes the design of the tower foot flange more consistent with the actual process. The corresponding design recommendations are also given.
