摘要
开学典礼作为学校的教育管理活动之一,是展示教育理念与教育实践,感染并引导学生融入学校文化、健康成长的重要方式。从价值定位来看,开学典礼具有仪式性、教育性特征,要体现学校的育人理念。但调研发现,目前开学典礼常常出现对象偏差、目的混乱、学生参与度低、形式枯燥等问题。为切实发挥开学典礼的教育功能,学校在设计理念上要实现从整体到个人、从平凡到神圣、从重秩序到重感情、从固化到生成等的转变。
As one of school's management activities, opening ceremony is a crucial way to exhibit education ideas and practices, influence and guide students to involve in school culture while enjoying a healthy growth. In terms of value proposition, opening ceremony must embody school's education concepts with ritual and educational characteristics. However, researches find opening ceremonies often have wrong targets, unclear goals, and low participation from students and dull in form. To fully realize its education function, school must redesign the opening ceremony with a transition from group to individual, ordinary to extraordinary, fixed to spontaneous and shift the focus from order to emotions.
