基于丰富学习工具的教学方式转变

Transformation of Teaching Methods Based on Diversified Study Tools

摘要 核心素养框架下的中小学教学改革要求学校围绕关键能力培养学生,突出学生主体地位,实施更有效的教学。对此,人大附中朝阳学校实施了变教为学的教学方式变革。变革以丰富学习工具为手段,从环境组织创设、思维工具引入、学习单设计、学材工具开发等方面深入展开。丰富的学习工具使教学方式变革可操作性增强,教师更易于理解课改内涵,学生核心素养发展真正落到实处。 Teaching reforms for primary and secondary school students under the core quality framework ask schools to cultivate students with a focus on key competences and conduct more effective teaching with students as the main part. To this end, Chaoyang High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China transformed its teaching method from teaching to learning. Based on diversified teaching tools, the high school made in-depth reform in terms of setting up environment organization, introducing mind tools, designing worksheets and developing learning material and tools. The various learning tools made the transformation of teaching methods more applicable and easier for teachers to understand the essence of curriculum reform so as to truly develop students' core qualities.
