强化依法治志 推进地方省志编修转型升级——以全国部分省两轮省志编修实践为例

地方志工作必须要站在新时代的历史方位上,深入学习贯彻落实党的十九大精神,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,强化依法治志,创新多元化编纂组织机制,持续加强专业能力建设,促进地方志事业转型升级。本文以全国部分省两轮省志编修实践为例,从工作理念、编纂组织、编修成果、质量管控、专业能力等方面探析地方省志编修转型升级,加快完成"两全"任务目标,推进地方志事业发展迈入新时代。

the local chronicle work must stand on the historical position of the new era,thoroughly study and implement the party's 19 th CPC National Congress spirit, adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and strengthen the administration of chronicle according to law. Innovation and diversification of compilation organization mechanism, continue to strengthen professional capacity-building, promote the transformation and upgrading of the cause of local chronicles. This paper takes two rounds of provincial chronicles compilation practice as an example, from the work concept, compilation organization, compilation and revision results. Quality control, professional ability and so on, this paper probes into the transformation and upgrading of local provincial chronicles compilation and repair, speeds up the completion of the task of " both sides", and advances the development of local chronicles into a new era.Keywords: local chronicles; provincial chronicle; editing; compiling chronicles in accordance with the law;transformation and upgrading
