长株潭区域协同公共体育服务管理制度研究

Research on Coordinated Management System of Public Sports Service in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan

基于长株潭公共服务协同发展背景,运用文献资料和专家访谈等研究方法对长株潭公共体育服务制度建设的背景和存在的主要问题进行分析,阐述了以区域协同发展为制度建设主导思想、以长株潭区域全民健身品牌为制度建设核心、以长株潭体育社会组织评估制度为抓手的制度建设思路。进而提出了长株潭公共体育服务协同管理制度建设的对策,以推进长株潭公共体育服务健康发展。

Based on the background of coordinated development of public service in ChangZhuTan,using the methods of documentary and expert interviews,the paper analyzed the background and the main problems of coordinated management system construction of public sports service in ChangZhuTan. We pointed out the the system building ideas of regional coordinated development as the guiding ideology of system building,area fitness brand as the core of system building as well as assessment system of sports social organization as the starting point in ChangZhuTan. Then,we put forward countermeasures of collaborative governance system construction of public sports service,in order to advance the healthy development of public sports services in ChangZhuTan.
