近20年英国竞技体操崛起的经验及启示

The Experience and Enlightenment of the Rise of British Artistic Gymnastics in the Latest 20 Years

通过对英国竞技体操的发展进行分析,总结经验,为我国体操的发展提供借鉴。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对英国体操得胜的诸多方面进行研究分析,得出如下结论:近20年中,英国竞技体操发展迅速,取得了世界瞩目的成绩;英国竞技体操是在良好的国家政策环境下、系统化的管理下以及科学化的训练和选拔等诸多条件支持下快速发展的;增强体操群众基础和后备人才实力,加快竞技体操转型和改革是我国迫切之路。

Through the analysis of the development of artistic gymnastics in England,it summarized the experience and provides reference for the development of gymnastics in China. By the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the paper researched and analysied many aspects of British gymnastics and drawed the following conclusion： in the past 20 years,the British artistic gymnastics has developed rapidly and has achieved remarkable achievements; under the condition of good national policy environment,systematic management,scientific training and selection,the British artistic gymnastics developed rapidly; to strengthen the popularity and reserve talent,accelerate the transformation and reform of the sport is an urgent way in China.
