The research tried to explore the problems in Li Mengchao＇s step phase technique and raised suggestions to help with the performance in field. Applying the methods of documentation,interviews,video records and analysis,it studied Li＇s competitive competence,the length of his step phase and his skills and techniques of it,so as to reveal the problems and provide reference.
