软梯训练法对排球移动传垫球技术及专项素质影响实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,选取开设排球普课程的体育教育1班、体育教育2班为研究对象,随机分成两个独立样本,采用软梯训练法进行18周(即1个学期)的干预实验,围绕排球专项中的移动传球、移动垫球及排球专项素质中的4×10m折返跑(s)、20s反复横跨跳(次)、蛇形跑(s)5个测试指标最终测试得分,进行数据对比分析,得出结论为:软梯训练法对提高排球专项中的移动传球、移动垫球水平、排球专项素质能力具有显著的效果,将软梯训练法运用于排球专项教学中,能够有效的提高专业学生的排球移动传球、移动垫球专项技能水平以及排球专项素质能力。 Mobile digging technique is a core technique and demands a high capacity of fast-moving,which the Ladder Training Method is an effective way to improve. The research set a 1-sememster Ladder Training and examined the change of the mobile digging technique and other athletic qualities,in order to provide reference for training-design of the sport. Applying documentation,experiment and statistic methods,it chose students of 2 class majoring physical education as subjects and randomly divided them into two groups for observation. It arranged a 8-week intervention experiment for Ladder Training and chose 4 * 10 m shuttle run,20 seconds repeated across jump and snake run of the digging,passing technique and athletic qualities to test the 5 indicators of them and analyzed the results. It concluded that: the Ladder Training significantly improved the mobile passing,digging techniques and athletic qualities. Applying it to the teaching of the sport can effectively improve the students' relevant capacities.
